Hotel Krone Unterstrass exceeded all expectations during my stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and hospitable, ensuring a perfect experience. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and the restaurant had a great ambiance. The central location allowed easy access to Zurich's main attractions and public transport, making exploration a breeze. I particularly enjoyed the museum exhibits and the variety of dining options nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Great hotel with exceptional service and amenities.
